Shipping & Production Policy

All products are carefully handmade and created to order. Please review the estimated processing and shipping time before placing your order.

If the required materials are not currently in stock, please allow up to 3-7 business days for the materials to arrive.

Once all materials are available, production may take approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

After your order is completed, please allow up to 2-10 business days for shipping and delivery depending where you live.

The total estimated turnaround time may be approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to material availability, order volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been completed and shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the production and shipping timeframes listed above.
