What is the turnaround time for custom shoes?
Custom orders usually take 2–4 weeks to complete. This includes time to order supplies, prepare the shoes, paint your design, and apply the protective finish. Shipping time is separate.
Do you accept cancellations, returns, or refunds?
You have 48 hours after placing your order to cancel and request a refund. After 48 hours, all sales are final because supplies are purchased and work may begin. Custom shoes cannot be returned or refunded once the customization process has started. Please review our refund policy for full details.
What size should I order?
Please order your normal shoe size. For additional guidance, please review our sizing chart. Double-check your size before placing your order because custom shoes cannot be exchanged once work has begun. If you have any further questions about your shoe size, please reach out so we can double-check and confirm it with you.
Are the shoes included in the price?
Yes. ALL custom shoes includes the price of the original shoe, customization, materials, and labor unless the product description says otherwise.
Can I request my own custom design?
Yes. You can request specific colors, themes, characters, names, or other design ideas. Please contact me before ordering if you need help creating your design.

Will my custom shoes look exactly like the example photo?
Each pair is hand-painted, so small differences may occur. Your shoes will follow the same design and color theme, but no two custom pairs will be completely identical.
Are custom shoes waterproof and scratch-resistant?
Once fully cured and sealed, the paint is water-resistant and protected against normal moisture and light scuffs. However, custom shoes should be treated like any other pair of shoes. Scraping them against a curb, scratching the toe box, or damaging the leather can still cause marks or scuffs. Deep scratches may affect both the paint and the leather underneath.
How do I care for my custom shoes?
Clean your shoes gently by hand using a soft cloth, mild soap, and cold water. Do not place custom shoes in the washer or dryer, soak them in water, or use harsh cleaning products.
What if my custom shoes don’t look how I imagined or there is an issue with my order?
If you have any concerns about your custom order, notice a mistake, or feel something is different from what you expected, please contact me through the Contact Form on the website. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue so I can review it and help you as quickly as possible.
